Fleurish Fund Refund Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which donations and payments made to Fleurish Fund may be refunded. By making a donation or payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Nature of Donations
Donations made to Fleurish Fund are wedding gifts to Kirsta and Roark intended to support micro-lending activities in Pakistan and other countries. These contributions are generally considered final and non-refundable due to their charitable nature.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:
- Technical Errors: If a technical error results in duplicate charges or incorrect donation amounts
- Unauthorized Transactions: If you can demonstrate that a transaction was made without your authorization
- Processing Errors: If there was an error in processing your donation that resulted in an incorrect amount being charged
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind after making a donation
- Donations that have already been allocated to active loans
- Donations made more than 30 days ago
- Requests based on dissatisfaction with loan recipient selection
- Personal financial hardship of the donor
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 30 days of your donation
- Email: roark@fleurishfund.org
- Include your transaction details and reason for refund request
- Provide proof of payment (receipt, bank statement, etc.)
6. Refund Processing
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
7. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered if:
- Part of your donation has already been allocated to loans
- Processing fees cannot be recovered from payment processors
