A Different Kind of Wedding Gift
 
Our home is already filled with everything we need, so instead of traditional wedding gifts, we have created the Fleurish Fund. Contributions will support micro-lending in Pakistan and other countries—where the same funds are continuously re-loaned, creating ripples of opportunity.
 
Our Logo Tells Our Story
 
  • Kirsta’s family moved to Montreal, Canada, in the 1970s to open a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The fleur-de-lis symbolizes their love for the people of Canada and their desire to help others grow and flourish like a flower.
  • Roark’s family has a deep tradition of water activities—from teaching swimming to enjoying beaches and lakes. The water surrounding the flower symbolizes how micro-lending creates expanding ripples of opportunity that touch countless lives.

We are dedicated to helping ambitious, deserving individuals build self-reliance—whether through pursuing education for better work opportunities or by starting and growing their own businesses. As each loan is repaid, those same funds will be loaned out again, allowing the Fleurish Fund to support more people, again and again.

We personally manage these funds, with support from a small team of trusted individuals whose work we fund, ensuring that all donations go directly toward making loans.

Choose an amount that feels right for you. Your wedding gift adds to our fund to loan out and create lasting change.

Your contribution allows us to make small loans to individuals in Pakistan and other countries to obtain better work opportunities through education or by starting and growing their own businesses.

Beneficiaries make monthly payments on their loans allowing the funds to help others.

Important Information

The Fleurish Fund is not currently a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are wedding gifts to Kirsta and Roark and are NOT tax-deductible. We personally manage these funds, with support from a small team of trusted individuals whose work we fund, ensuring that all donations go directly toward making loans. If the fund grows substantially, we may pursue official nonprofit status in the future.
